They are AWEFUL AND SCREWED UP MY BROTHER IN LAWS NEW TRUCK...Dont let them fool you, they suck, their customer service sucks and the will take NO responsibility for their work they did which was done incorrectly..Now hes paid for the repair the first time 1,200, then took it back and had to get a rental because they had it a week..another 300.00..then got his truck back, STILL done incorrectly and now has to pay someone else 1,000 to fix their screw up..BE VERY CAUTIOUS...I RECOMMEND AUTO Magician in Friendswood..THEY ARE A... read more

Would never take my car back here. They flooded my car during Harvey even though I had called before hand to ensure it’s safety and then they proceeded to make a claim on my insurance about the flooding without my knowledge and work on my car again with out my knowledge. Lots of legal issues. Still have resentment every time I drive plus he lady was very rude and talked down to me because I am young. This place is amazing and the State Farm adjuster is simply the best, most professional, and knowledgeable one I've ever run in to (that's a pun, I guess!) My car was better than new when I picked it up. Everyone was at the top of their game. This guy is very pleased. Thank you!
