I was deceived by the “5 star rating”. The owner came by and installed the new tint; however, when he used the hose to wash the inside back window and outside back window of my car - he flooded the trunk of my car and he did NOTHING to dry and clean up this mess-until now two days later the moldy smell permeates throughout the trunk and I can’t place anything inside that would absorb the smell. When I called him to speak with him about this and how he may fix the issue he wanted to blame it on steam and then on chemicals. 🤦... read more
