It was good til my services abruptly ended, no fault to my therapist
When I started therapy here, it was really excellent for a long while. They were very attentive with therapist absences and if I wanted to speak to someone else, they offer telehealth options. I loved my therapist and felt I made a lot of progress with my issues. Unfortunately about a month ago, I was given a week's notice that my therapist would no longer be working there. Colorful Resilience abruptly ended my therapy services with less than a week’s notice. This was not due to any issues with insurance, payment, or therapist fit. My therapist was excellent and I deeply valued the work we were doing together. Due to major internal changes within the organization, my therapist (and the majority of therapists at this organization) were not able to continue providing care. The help I received at Colorfull Resilience completely changed my outlook on life and I am very greatfull for the care I have received. Both with private and group therapy. Their straight forward approach was very effective. In the past I had a very different experience with other therapists, where I felt we would engage in endless conversations for months that didn't lead to any results.
