Very calm organized environment. Sensory friendly. Soft music. Clean environment. Esthetically pleasing and femininely charming experience. Skilled and careful artists. More gentle than most places I've been. I enjoyed the pleasant conversation. Edit: a friend paid for me to be able to go as a Christmas present, otherwise I would not have been able to afford it. They do have certificates that you can put money on if you want to give one to a friend or your mom for mother's day or whatever.

I got a nail infection from this place. And on top of that, when I was getting a specific set done the lady kept pulling an attitude with me saying, "Are you happy now?" I didn't like her attitude and will definitely not be returning. Customer service and hygeine is seriously something they lack.

My usual salon was closed so I did a walk-in pedicure, they didn’t give a foot massage, which is actually one of the main reasons I get pedicures, I’m on my feet all week at work, and I was really looking forward to it. I’ve never had to specifically ask for one any time I’ve ever gotten a pedicure? I don’t know it’s because I didn’t have an appointment, and didn’t want to make a scene by asking. My nails look amazing and it was fast, I’m just disappointed I didn’t get the full service I paid for.
