I've been there 3 times, for a regular pedicure. I've made an appointment every time, and every time Elaine has been consistently late. The last time was my breaking point. I waited 50 minutes (I should have left). The shop is clean, and Elaine does a great job, but I won't be going back.
Terrible customer service! During my pedicure I asked to have my nails cut “short” when I noticed they weren’t cut all the way, I asked to cut it shorter and the woman doing my nails responded with “if you don’t like me I won’t do your nails” like who says that?! I was lost for words. Do not come here!!
Spent $300 on just normal gel mani pedi and i didn't like the color because it looked different from the samples so they charged me. They didn't even do a good job painting my toes they were all messy and didn't even finish and clean properly This was so disappointing Staff was also very very rude i do not recommend very overpriced. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
