I can't say enough great things about Dr. Taylor and Michael! The personal care and professionalism each patient receives is unbelievable. Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable and truly wants to help each person have the best hearing life possible. I am thankful to have found such a rare, excellent audiology office to take my mother to.
Went in today to see what Rebecca could do for me. Amazingly she fixed me up, will make new molds for etc. Asked how much and she shoe my hand and said thank you for your service sir! I was speechless! Been to several or places in Denton, and paid dearly for for the same services! I can hear in both ears, understand, don't yell at people, and most importantly listen to my wonderful wife again! Can't recommend a better place at very fair and very individual pricing for services! I will be back!
Outstanding service! Dr. Taylor is the most qualified and accommodating audiologist I've ever worked with in my 17 years of wearing hearing aids. My commute is over 30 minutes long, but it's worth every minute of traffic to hear like this again!
