I wasn’t able to get into my normal salon so i had decided to go here. My appointment was at 10AM and I left at 3PM. I got a bleach on parts of my hair that wasn’t even bleached properly. She stopped mid service to go do other peoples hair when i had an appointment and they did not. I sat with the dye in for almost an hour. Service was terrible also. $130 for a blotchy bleach and a hair color which they didn’t even bother to clean up the sides of my scalp. Would not go here ever again.

Got in Gerald's chair and asked to have a half inch off the back and shorter on the top and sides. I guess he doesn't understand English because he took that to mean I wanted the back a half inch long and started buzzing up the back of my hair. I said wait wait I don't want it buzzed I said a half inch off. Then he wanted to argue about what I said. I asked for the same thing I always ask for every time I've ever got my hair cut everywhere. Best hair cut I’ve had! Cayla gave me exactly what I asked for, she worked with my hair texture to achieve the look I was wanting!! I’ve never had a stylist take the time to do that. I am very happy with my hair :)
