Previous it was a great establishment. But I’m beyond pissed. I don’t understand why the stylist are accepting appointments and confirming then knowing that can’t service clients due to the shop being closed. And the worst part is having a conversation with the stylist beforehand and them still not mentioning that there’s no just and proceed to help u with booking the current service. I booked Cheriese Cowens for myself and my bridal party on my wedding day. Cheriese is the only one I let do my braids, so I knew she’d also be the one to do my wedding look. We talked about the style I chose throughout the summer and different ways we could elevate the look. She came prepared and even had hair accessories for my bridal party. She’s professional and works quickly and always finishes with an amazing style.
