I most grateful for the shop being boarded up when I arrived this morning and you not responding to my text letting you know I was there and asking if the shop moved. Previous it was a great establishment. But I’m beyond pissed. I don’t understand why the stylist are accepting appointments and confirming then knowing that can’t service clients due to the shop being closed. And the worst part is having a conversation with the stylist beforehand and them still not mentioning that there’s no just and proceed to help u with booking the current service.
