This company is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I was ignored blown off and blamed for their scheduling issues. BUYER BEWARE!!!

as a Carpet cleaner i can personally say what these guys sell is some awesome stuff. I recently bought a product and let me tell you it's worked better then the stuff I've used before. very satisfied with the product. thank you colorful carpet's!
My housekeepers spilled bleach on some very nice (new) carpeting. I made many calls to find someone who could dye the spot so I wouldn’t have to recarpet or patch it. In the interim, all the people responding seemed to be fly-by-night carpet cleaners. I had stopped answering calls when I heard Chris Howell’s message. He sounded so professional—I called him back.
