When I and my girlfriend went to put a hold on an apartment on 7/7/2011, Nita Robles-Cruz (Community Manager) told us that there was no application fee but a $50 hold would be needed to ensure the apartment for us until 8/15/2011. On the Deposit to Hold Agreement it is stated that there is a hold deposit of $0.00 and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee.
