The reception manager Stella is terrible. She shows no empathy, no interest in caring for patients, and is lack of basic receptionist manners. She is unfit for working in customer service, let alone in a health practice. Unfortunately I received her calls several times, each and every one left me stressed and traumatised. After 2 visits with 2 different specialist, I had my surgery with Doctor Lauder, he’s very very professional, he knows another’s advance surgeries I couldn’t complain any pain. I high recommend! thanks a lot !
