RecommendedMy husband and I have both had colonoscopies by Dr. Silverman at Colorectal Specialists, and when I was having a serious complication with diverticulitis , Dr. Silverman's office scheduled a timely office visit and surgery dates to correct the problem. He is an excellent surgeon, and I was told by the attending nurses at Mercy South hospitalthat he is highly respected also for preciseness of surgery preparation for his patients. I feel that he took great care of me and would highly recommend him for any colorectal care.
Doctor Silverman is straight and to the point. He does not beat around the bush or sugarcoat. I appreciate his honesty and straightforwardness. But he also has a sense of humor to put his patients at ease.
Exceptional doctor. When the nurses in the hospital all tell you if their own parents ever needed this kind of doctor, their first choice would be Dr Silverman. That says it all!!
Very helpful with just about any colorectal issues, including colonoscopies! If you haven't had one and you have a family history of colon cancer or are over the age of 40 you should really come check them out. Very knowledgeable.
