The worst experience ever in my whole life with a hair salon. Neither the cut nor the balayage (with Taylor) not what I asked for and we agreed on. However she is a sweetheart and kind person. The owner (Nathalie) has passive aggressive and denial attitude is something that you wont expect to get included in the service you ve been even overcharged and stepped out disappointed and felt disrespected. I have been a client of Taylor for years because her work is consistently exceptional. She listens carefully, delivers exactly what is requested, and always makes sure her clients leave feeling confident and cared for. Her skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. My keratin and color always come out perfect and last me for months. If you want beautiful, healthy hair and a stylist who truly knows her craft, she is the one to trust.
Emily was a fantastic stylist. She lead with precision and transparency about services and prices. 4 stars due to the space being a bit outdated and in need of esthetic upgrades.
My experience as a tourist was quite disappointing. I called the salon to confirm appointment availability before purchasing a Groupon voucher. The owner assured me that they were available for the next day at 11:30 AM. When I mentioned the voucher, she advised me not to buy it and said she would honor the price instead.
