Poor service and fraudulent charging, avoid at all cost. My community had them for landscape and snow services. Nickle and dimed on everything landscape related, seems NOTHING was ever covered in original contract - even weed treatment. Snow plow services was where the fraud happened - we clocked the plow trucks sitting in the alley doing nothing for over an hour and we got charged for that time. They responded with GPS data - no kidding, we did say they were just sitting there.
These guys do as little as possible!!! Nothing like leaving tons of leaves they’ve blown into piles in our streets and on our lawns with no intention of picking them up. They leave the grass long in the spring and cut it super short for the heat in the summer making it impossible to keep it alive allowing the water you put down to burn off immediately in the heat. Do NOT hire these guys unless you like throwing your money away and having to do the work yourself!
Do not go into a contract with LMI Colorado (old Coloradoscapes). They do not communicate and our landscaping is in the worst shape it has been in 8 years. I will admit some of it is due to us not immediately approving a $4000 repair that another company did for 1/2 the price but there’s many other reasons and balls dropped that things look the way they do.
