Do not go into a contract with LMI Colorado (old Coloradoscapes). They do not communicate and our landscaping is in the worst shape it has been in 8 years. I will admit some of it is due to us not immediately approving a $4000 repair that another company did for 1/2 the price but there’s many other reasons and balls dropped that things look the way they do. Colorado Scapes services the stone gate community in LoneTree. I work from home and started early this morning, so I was half dressed, around 9:50 am I came to the living room and saw two of their workers on the balcony. They tore off the drape of the balcony and were peeling off the paint. Normally there would be a work order notice emailed or taped to the door 24 hours in advance, so you can move things around and not have your stuff destroyed. I wouldn’t hire just based l off the reckless driving of their driver and having no respect for the life of anyone else on the road.
