It's been about 3 months that I made an initial phone call appointment. Without notice I received a message stating computer problems and my appointment was cancelled. I have yet to reach an actual person to speak to about scheduling. I left messages with no call back. I’ve had a wonderful experience at the center. Kayla is my therapist and I couldn’t recommend her more. I’ve seen improvement in my life by implementing the tools she has suggested. I had an issue with how their system was for setting up the first appointment. They set a meeting up and we’re receptive to my concerns.
