I had a call scheduled with Kat Turman to get matched and never received my call. I blocked time out of my schedule from clinic for this appointment. It's extremely disappointing to have that be the first impression. I did make 3 attempts to reach someone by phone, and was unsuccessful. I put in another request, but have not received a prompt response as I did the first time. I'm feeling more uncertainty on if I should use this service or go somewhere else.
