BUSINESS OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM IN THEIR BILLING DEPT. AND TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A BILL FROM THEM WITHIN THE LAST YEAR THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM. I HAVE TO CALL AND GET THE AMOUNT AND THE OWNER IS RUDE AND ABUSIVE TO ME ON THE PHONE, WHEN I'M THE ONE CALLING TO TAKE CARE OF A BILL THAT I KNOW IS DUE BUT NOT RECIEVED.
