They use to do a great job.. lately they send in a male aide to change moms catheter and then take forever, bed is broken. Moms legs hanging off the bed . Took 45 min to get it changed . Just terrible service

Absolutely the worst care provider I have ever experienced. Their customer support is utterly useless and ineffective. They even prescribed a wrong medication, one I never took, and ordered it from some pharmacy in Arizona (I live in Colorado!)! I cannot get them to prescribe the correct one, mainly because their Customer Service is so useless and it’s impossible to reach anybody who will do anything. Criminals! They set a price and a payment system for me. Well after the treatment, and after I'd already paid, they sent a bill for an additional $750. Their only explanation they gave was that it was the "true cost" adjusted later and without my knowledge/consent. So frustrating that they can bill you a price you did not agree to well after you have already had treatment. Don't go here.
Very rude staff, including Abby. Ive had 3 surgeries for the same problem and each and everytime you have to hold their hand to find out what the next step is. Previously they failed to send a testing kit to the correct address and Abby gave me her direct extension due to their incompetence. After this surgery I was eager to get a date to remove a surgical stent because as usual there was no follow-up. They outsource because they offer terrible patient customer service, which is why they dont want direct calls from patients.... read more
