Criminals! They set a price and a payment system for me. Well after the treatment, and after I'd already paid, they sent a bill for an additional $750. Their only explanation they gave was that it was the "true cost" adjusted later and without my knowledge/consent. So frustrating that they can bill you a price you did not agree to well after you have already had treatment. Don't go here.
Very rude staff, including Abby. Ive had 3 surgeries for the same problem and each and everytime you have to hold their hand to find out what the next step is. Previously they failed to send a testing kit to the correct address and Abby gave me her direct extension due to their incompetence. After this surgery I was eager to get a date to remove a surgical stent because as usual there was no follow-up. Dr Koerner is terrific!
I was filling out their forms and they wanted a copy of my will. I went to the front desk and said no, that's private. She told me that I would have to reschedule if I didn't fill out the form. So I changed my answer and said I didn't have a will. Beside that very weird and creepy experience, my visit with the doctor was great.
This feels like a corporate grab scheme.I am 3 weeks post op cancer surgey and in incredible pain. Ive been told to go to er even though ive been seen and cat scanned. Seems to me the people who cut me open should be helping me. Also the inability to have folks help you when you call is sad. No follow ups or folks answering the phone who dont help you.
