Outstanding customer service! In a world where parts are hard to find and no dealerships near northern Utah, these folks were awesome with their due diligence in trying to help me out on my 2021 gear up when the situation seemed hopeless across the country with other parts distributors. I appreciate Mike and the parts team with the help I received, you guys rock!
Poor service, not enough mechanics, since it's a one of a kind shop they kind of monopolize service. Totally kool when trying to sell motorcycles but service really, really poor.
Not very happy. I just had my 2008 ural patrol in for a full service because I had just purchased it, and it sat for a while. The starter did not work, so I had to kick start it. The initial estimate was a little over $2700. When I went to pick it up upon completion, it was $2089 The difference was they didn't have a starter and could not locate one. I was able to locate one brand new from a Ural dealer in Hamburg Germany which I purchased for $450. I put the new starter in, and still nothing. No solenoid click, nothing. The... read more
Absolutely awesome service, the staff has always been incredibly helpful, and offered really good suggestions for how to understand my Urals even better!
Ordered a rear brake hose for a 2019 Ural Gear Up on April 17, 2024 because this garage in 2023 did not re route the hose due to 2into1 pipe and it melted. Today is September 19, 2024 and still no hose! It also took them 13 weeks last summer to change out 4 tires. Unreliable and expensive service is why I'm selling my Ural and will never recommend to anyone.
