We've worked with CO Unified Lending for a mortgage and a refinance. We could not have asked for a better company to work with. The team was attentive, prompt, and ready to answer any and all questions we had. They did an amazing job communicating about required items for underwriting and helped us troubleshoot problems. Most importantly, they helped us get in our first home and then came back around to help us save thousands of dollars.
I've used Colorado Unified Lending on two mortgages and one refinance. Every time, they are incredibly prompt with communication, clear on instructions, and incredibly helpful in answering questions. I will continue to use them for every home mortgage or refinance that I can! They go above and beyond every time for me.
**** and ******* at Colorado Unified Lending came through for us. We shopped rates among brokers and banks and found that not only did **** find us a great rate at a cost we could afford, he stepped in to push the lender when needed. **** made himself available to answer questions, even after hours. They make the process seamless, and are extremely supportive in every way. We don't even consider going through another broker because we are so satisfied with the way this team supports us. We 100% give them the highest recommendation possible.
**** was great. Every mortgage broker claims to both provide the best service and have the lowest rates, and that is generally untrue. ****, however, really did have the lowest rate---and I was VERY thorough in my research. He was also hyper-responsive, including over nights and weekends. He was patient, and he was willing to go back-and-forth with me to answer all my questions and explain everything about the loan terms, timeline, documents, etc. that I didn't understand.
