Working for this company is one of my best opportunities I've had, of course with this type of work there is lay offs and unexpected changes, but overall they run the company right and give their employees what they need. If I'd say any improvements would be to try to let us know sooner rather then that day of important information like days off or lay offs. But they'll keep you working.
