Great venue for a great symphony orchestra. Love it
I have been a subscriber for approximately 20 years, and during that time one of the benefits I valued most was the ability to keep the same seats each season. I recently learned that the system has been changed and subscribers are no longer guaranteed their seats from year to year. This is extremely disappointing. Long-time patrons like myself have supported the CSO with thousands of dollars over the years, and the ability to retain our seats felt like a small but meaningful acknowledgment of that loyalty. After talking with Denver Symphony box office as to why my ORCH seats were relocated back to Mezzanine 23 hours before start of concert it was determined that the relocation of seats is out of Symphony hands and is the fault of the ticket reseller Ticket-Center (TicketCenter2, et. al.). I have adjusted my review of Denver Symphony and suggest in the future by directly from the box office and not Ticket-Center.
