The beginning of September 2025 I made a phone call trying to get in contact with one of the surgeons, who operated my husband a few years back. The receptionist, who introduce herself as Angie, first provided a contact phone number of the other facility where the surgeon was supposedly transferred. Yet another bad review about this place. In specific about Angie the manager here. When I first called she put me on hold for 20 minutes and obviously forgot I was on hold as I hung up and called back and she was ready to assist me right away. I asked if this was a good time to talk since I was on hold for 20 minutes and she responded by not acknowledging it and just saying "what do you want". This place is trying to charge for care that I DID NOT Receive and turned the bill over to a collection agency. I have spoken to the office and was told I do not have an outstanding bill, and yet the collection agency Credit Systems, Inc. continues to hound me. Both places are terrible and unethical.

Terrible Service. Was sent a bill 2 years after I was seen in direct violation of Colorado Surprise Billing. Unethical medical practice.

I wholeheartedly agree that this place should not be allowed to conduct business in Colorado, or anywhere. I unfortunately had to deal with this outfit last year because of a hospital admission for a burst appendix and surgery that occurred on a Sunday – apparently, they provide the weekend coverage for Medical Center of Aurora? I appealed the out-of-network charges with my insurance company because the procedure was performed as part of an in-network hospital admission.
