Why do they never answer the phone or call back? I just want to apply for a business license. Why does Colorado hate small businesses and make things so difficult for them.

They are wonderful in person. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. But they don’t seem to do phone. At all. You have to drive downtown to the office to speak with someone.
Be sure to ask for a call back... If you can get hold of them, they're expedient.
