What a wonderful team! Amazing customer service. I had blinds installed throughout my new build when we purchased in 2019. One of our shades just had an issue and they promptly came out, took it apart and got it back in working condition in no time! They were right on time for the appointment, courteous (wearing booties in our home), and kind. Can't recommend them enough!

My wife has used CS Custom blinds multiple times and we used them for our new house in 2022. The service we received throughout the process, from selection to ordering to install was seamless. We now are relocating a blind and needed mounting brackets 4 years later and they are still attentive to us and helped with new mounting brackets. Cannot recommend using them enough!
