No-one is ever available. I’ve left many voicemails and have never received a call back. I’ve showed up many times during business hours to find a locked door and a closed sign. Morning and afternoon. There are no hours listed on the door, just what’s on Google. Called on 2/16/26, was told they were headed out for the day for Presidents‘ Day and they would be back to normal hours the next day. I’m here, they are not.

In 2016 I purchased a small off grid setup for a radio relay tower, I'm an IT guy, not electrician, they helped verify my calculations were correct, we ordered the equipment, I installed it, and 3 years later, it has ran flawlessly, not a single outage, I literally have not been within 100' of the install since the day I put it in. Do not waste your time on this company. I ordered batteries from them on 10/16/19 and on 11/07 they still did not arrive and no updates. I called several times because they do not answer their phone. When I finally got through to Dan he told me my order had never been placed. They never contacted me and told me this. the last email I received from them was saying my order has been placed and I would hear from them when the item shipped. Nothing but crickets. Hi, I am Tom DelGiorno (Tom Day) Just got my 3.8KW system approved and commissioned this week. Purchased almost everything from the Solar Panel Store. They spent a lot of time making sure my system was sized correctly, and worked me through a couple problems very nicely. They get my recommendation and 5 stars.
