I have always loved the providers at Colorado Seep Institute, and I still do, but their new communication system under Rebus is TERRIBLE. When I call, I can only talk to someone offshore who cannot transfer me to a local office. This is an awful set up for medical care. I don't want to leave the caring providers who have given me such great care for several years, but I may have to.

Shady practice. Cancels appointments without notice, tells you no worries, reschedule when you can if at all, charges you for visits that never happened, hits your credit report, abusive repeat billing collections calls with no way to dispute. On going for years and will make you retell the sad story to every agent they assign the ticket to often every couple months forever

Paid for my service at the first visit in full. Treatment required multiple visits. Clarified that I did not owe anything else at final visit. Got a bill a month later for lab work for $500. Never quoted to me or authorized by me. Feels illegal. Do not go here. Dishonest billing practices.

Finally got rescheduled to do the sleep study again with the right flow rate after a hassle with insurance approving it last minute, only for nobody to be at the Longmont Lab for my sleep study when I showed up. Rang the intercom, called the lab office, other lab offices, the main line, and when the physician on call and left voicemails for 30 minutes and heard from no... read more

Horrible experience. Went in for a few consultations after doing an initial sleep test. The testing experience was fine, but (as it appears many other reviewers as well have seen) I have gotten charged multiple times for services that IMO are ridiculous pricing. I will never recommend this place or attend again. AVOID.
