If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I paid for my CPAP outright in cash, yet they still continued to try to charge me for it, when I refused to pay for something I already outright own, they then sent me to collections for $120. They refused to continue service until I paid the bill. I gave in and paid the $120. 8 months later, they refuse to call my medication in because I am apparently 'still in collections' for the same $120 I already paid. Wow it is incredible how many bad reviews this organization got. If I had read these reviews before I've wouldn't wasted my time and energy in contacting them. I spent 7 weeks trying to set up one first new patient appointment. They don't take in-person appointments so I scheduled it virtually. I filled out all the forms and went through the whole process to set up this virtual meeting. Billing department made a mistake, they refuse to fix it and sent me to collections Co sleep institute knows the bill is their responsibility due to timely filing. They are also refusing to approve or release new medical supplies.
Just got an email that says they're rebranding to "RemHealth" just a few weeks after rebranding to "Rebis" and was reminded to update this review which I wrote with the first rebrand! Go anywhere else. Pushy with financials, everything feels careless and rushed, they order tests that other clinics wouldn't, extremely slow sending documents when you try to transfer to a new doctor, and if I know how these things go, the rebrand is a cynical move to get away from their awful image rather than the actual attempt at reform that ... read more
