Business response:
We strive to provide the best possible service to all customers in a timely fashion. This customer had a problem with his whole house smoke alarms overnight and was acted upon within within an hour and a half of the call getting to us! Needless to say, the frustration level of a beeping smoke detector and the late hour had something to do with his low review. We have responded to his call and are repairing his issue.
