I have had 2 experiences with this company. The first was uneventful and both buyers and sellers were satisfied. The second time has been disappointing to say the least. The bid for the appraisal was accepted but the appraiser wasn’t qualified to do a Freddie Mac/FHA appraisal, which wasn’t discovered until after he had done a cursory appraisal. Closing has been postponed while the lender scrambles to find a qualified appraiser. Very frustrating.
Colorado Realty Reports finally came through and helped correct the problem.
