Wonderful company that has went above and beyond. We love our Beautiful Home and the management is very attentive if we needed anything. Highly recommend
NEGATIVE INFINITY....NEVER RENT FROM ANY ONE WHO HIRES THIS COMPANY. Where to begin! Let me start with the most recent issue. Their system which we use to pay our rent was not set up properly on their end. And because of this, our normally on time payment was delayed. Instead of fixing the issue in their system which is where the problem was, they told us that we needed to go pay it or they would be starting the eviction process even though throughout the whole year that we have been renting our payments have been on time. Awful customer service. Be prepared to spend a lot of time making odd payments at king Soopers or wal-mart because their auto payment processing system doesn’t work. Really frustrating
