I had the pleasure of working with Stuart. I hired him because I was looking for a commercial warehouse for sale. I searched every conceivable website but couldn't find anything that met my requirements so I spoke with Stuart and he was able to find an off-market deal that was suitable for my company. Very happy with this relationship. Highly recommend.
Stu got me out of a terrible lease and into a unit that better fit my needs. It was ugly but Stuart has some wizard negotiating power and the landlord ok'd my early exit and even gave me my deposit back. Stuart saved me a bunch of money on that fiasco. Can't thank him enough. 5 stars all the way.
