I drove all the way out there to get some supplies and consider a new hot tub just to see a note on the door that says they don’t welcome walk-in traffic. Not helpful.
I have been using them since I found them in 2017. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who have been helping my with parts and supplies for my older Sundance spa. Things like filters they have had in stock, other less common items they were able to quickly get for me. I was looking becasue I did not have the maximum level of comfort with other companies in the valley.
They are so supportive of their customers. Love these guys...and our spa.
This is team is great to work with, definitely recommend this pool and spa location!
