Hard to believe the positive reviews here - maybe friends of the owner? He came over and started cleaning our pool and seemed fine and knowledgeable. The third time he came over to finish the job he made the kind of basic mistake which would never be made by someone with as much experience as he claimed - he way over shocked the pool, pouring the shock treatment in at one spot, taking the minerals out of suspension and leaving terrible staining on the pool floor. Josh is the best. He is very knowledgeable and provides ‘over the top’ service and advice. Josh stepped up when another service proved to be undependable. I’m very happy with Pool Aid from now on!
This company was amazing! Very professional. I am fortunate they were able to get me onto the schedule with short notice. Josh also had great money-saving tips for opening our pool in the Spring! They are fairly priced and aren't pushing to upsell products and services as, unfortunately, other companies have. I will continue to use Colorado Pool Aid and trust that they will keep my pool clean and safe.
@JoshHeslep was referred to me and was the perfect referral. I have been having issues with our pool, which was installed less than a year ago, and have not been getting much support from the contractor that installed the pool. Josh not only knows a lot about pools, their equipment and water chemistry, but he takes the time to explain what the issues are and how either he or I can fix them. I highly recommend him and his rates are very reasonable.
Josh at Colorado Pool Aid is the best. Josh did an outstanding job on our pool tile and coping install (see his other company Blue Mountain Tile).
