Very disappointed in Colorado Pond Pros service. We had them out to look at 2 of our ponds and diagnose a problem. They charged us $285 for the first visit and didn't have what they needed to see if they could fix our back pond. They came back again and then "fixed" our back pond pump and cleaned it only to have the pump break that same day. They did not come back to put in a new pump for 3 weeks at which point our pond was dirty again from not having a pump and they refused to reclean it or give us back any of the $425 ... read more
