The doctor himself is great! That is why I rated so high. The front desk doesn't do their job correctly. I went in for an extraction, and my husband went with me. The front desk processed a claim to our insurance for BOTH of us. My husband has never been seen here. He just took me, yet they sent in the same claim for both my husband and me. My husband went to the dentist, but couldn't use his benefits because this office took the benefits, even though he was never seen here!
Dr. Boedeker explains everything very properly, and answers all of your questions without making you feel rushed. He made me feel calm, and the extraction quick and painless.
Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here and him and his staff made me feel very comfortable and he took the time to explain everything he was going to do.
