Absolutely incredible BBQ!! The brisket was tender and juicy, the pork was spot on, and the baked beans were the perfect side. I highly recommend Colorado Pig Rig for any event—they are perfect for BBQ catering.
Attended a gathering which had CO Pig Rig Mobile Food Truck Cater the food. We had a choice of BBQ Sandwiches. Smokey Brisket was very tender & Delicious and had Dill Pickles & Slaw on a grilled Bun, Fries were so Tasty they didn't need any condiments. We had a choice of various drinks. Staff was courteous & very helpful. I would highly recommend them for family gatherings, company parties, birthdays & Anniversary Celebrations, etc.
We used Colorado Pig Rig for our wedding catering and their food was PHENOMENAL!!! Guests from the wedding are still asking where the food came from. BOOK THEM!
The brisket was good but the portion was tiny, especially for the price and one piece was almost entirely fat. The bread was awful, seems like it was probably Wonder Bread or something similar, but certainly not selected for any reason other than being low cost. The baked beans were nothing special. Beyond the food, the forks were just dumped in a tub and the distribution didn't meet food service guidelines; pretty gross eating off a fork that has had other people touching the tines. We recently worked with Colorado Pig Rig Food Truck & Catering at an intimate wedding reception. The team was communicative, professional and super adaptable! We ended up starting the wedding ceremony half an hour early and rolling into dinner early to avoid thunderstorms and the team adjusted without batting an eye! We would highly recommend hiring this truck and team for your event!
