Was referred to this company for my child. Never got a call from them. When I called them, I was told they never received the referral. Had insurance fax referral, they claimed they never got it. Had it faxed again as well as emailed it to a Vanessa Basquez (TWICE!) who gave me a specific email to send to. Called the next day... claimed they still had no order in for my child. Child needing prosthetics or orthotics. This is the place to schedule. It is referral based, but the staff and practitioners are very friendly and awesome. They work along side with Children's Hospital. Most insurances are accepted.

I don’t know what these people are like in all circumstances. Perhaps they sometimes provide a real service at a reasonable price. But in our experience getting Ponseti boots from them, they were deceptive and extortionary. They refused to give us a price when they gave us our boots. They refused to allow us to return the unopened boots when we found that they had marked up the boots from $250 to $858 (note: 250 was the price available to us; they undoubtedly buy these boots wholesale and got them even cheaper).
