Horrible company! They can't even answer the phone decently! The gentleman that answered my phone call was rude RIGHT OFF THE BAT and doesn't even know who I am. And all I needed was a quote for a patio! They call themselves "COLORADO PATIO CONCEPTS" AND THEY WONT EVEN DO WORK IN DENVER? The guy CALIMS they refuse to do work in DENVER,COLORADO..so if your in denver looking for some work done dont count on this company save your time and money and look elsewhere. Asked for an estimate to build a pergola and a gentleman came out to my home. He was thorough and seemed knowledgable. But I never heard back with the estimate and after a couple weeks I called them to see about the estimate. The lady on the phone said she'd let the estimator know to call me and I'm still waiting for that call. It's been about 6 weeks.
We absolutely loved our patio cover, at first! Then two hail storms got it 11 months apart. Logan and his crew repaired it twice. Then comes time for windows to be cleaned and his crew had placed the Cover in such a way that two expensive windows could not be opened! They did agree to replace the windows with two that could be opened though at their expense. Now, one section of the louvered cover will not open and they will not call us back!
