I don’t understand these reviews. So far So good. I’m new to this office. While I am still having headaches, Dr. Sasha has been very informative telling me every next step along the way. He’s One of the few who has actually looked at my symptoms and trying to address those. He may be very direct and to the point, but I appreciate that. I’m there to get Treatment.
He is a doctor who let his personal feelings affect his professional work. I was his patient for about a year, during which his assistant Esmeralda messed up three appointments by sending me to the wrong locations. I reported this to Doctor Sacha, but he ignored me. It seemed he took offense, and his attitude towards me changed entirely. I would not recommend him; it was a very negative experience — truly dreadful.
If I could give zero stars, I would. First I waited for over 35 mins in an exam room while being able to hear Dr Sacha talk to other patients about their medical issues via telephone as well as him meeting new employees. Then when he came in to talk to me, he didn’t even let me finish explaining my symptoms before telling me what he said was wrong. Do not recommend. Dr. Sacha and his office never followed through with paperwork for an operation. Called his office multiple times. Our insurance also called them. Their response was "sorry we're not sure what happened and we can't say when paperwork will be filed indefinitely because they are short staffed from covid". If they can't do basic paperwork I do not trust this Dr. at all.
He is a doctor who allowed his personal feelings to interfere with his professional performance, I had him as a work-comp doctor for about a year and his assistant Esmeralda screw up three of my appointments sending me to the wrong locations. I told Doctor Sacha about it and he ignored me, apparently he took a fence his demeanor changed completely Towards me, not someone I would recommend, Really bad experience truly dreadful.
