When we first started with Colorado Pain we felt they cared about my husband's pain and helped him explore options to get relief. After a few years it felt like they only wanted money. They decided he needed injections which gave minimal relief. Then they decided physical therapy would need to be done and he had done extensive PT without relief.

Pain care here is better than anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing. Hortense is my main practitioner, although I have also seen Dr. Krutsch and Dr.Moghim for procedures, and I highly recommend them all. Hortense is worth the drive to Castlerock though. She is amazing. Dr Moghim is a leader in pain care and I would trust no one else for my procedures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No one ever called me back despite me leaving at least two or three voicemails with who knows who... read more

I was delighted to find NP Hortense Ngoe however was giving up an actual doctor where I was going but it was closer to Denver. At first Hortense was very positive for me. I then found out I developed CKD my kidneys are right at 58% where I need to take great care not to damage further. To be honest I felt like I didn’t know where to run. I knew if I stopped my medication I would need to prepare for tremendous pain. Honestly, I felt a... read more

Hortense is the best provider I have. She is kind and patient and takes times to listen and help me out. Dr Mogham has a great sense of humor and knows a lot about what he’s doing. First pain management doctor I have had that actually tries different things to help. CM
