The Castle Rock location is amazing. From the front office to the providers, they listen and take your concerns to heart!
Worst place I've ever been to it took me 7 months get in with the pain management place they gave me medicine and then said I had to do a new urinary analysis it's been over 25 days and I'm still waiting for the results to come back they give me attitude and treat me rude every time I call to figure out what's going on they also told me if I'm not a drug addict I shouldn't care right now how long it's taking which is very rude to say when you're in pain I came there for help never been treated worse Julie told me I shouldn't... read more
I have NO clue how these people have so many good reviews. I'm glad others are having a great experience. My husband was looking for a pain care doc that is closer as he's been going to Golden for the last 4 years. We thought this place would be a good choice. At the first appointment, Dr Moghim complained about having to document so much for new patients. Probably the worst pain care clinic I have gone to in the last 15 years. Their Castle Rock office has no MD’s. They have no place to do procedures….you have to go to Denver. There is no follow up to the patient after treatment ( pain injections/ MRI results. There is only a NP in Castle Rock as all other professionals leave and go to Denver office. I would never refer a patient there!
I have been a patient for many years off/ on! They've always treated me so kind, with patience and compassion! I especially love Hortense and Dr Moghim! They are the best! I recommend this practice to everyone I know. In fact, we refer many of our patients to this practice as well and they all come back with nothing but the best compliments!
