I love this place. You walk in and they welcome you into their orthodontic family. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!!
Scheduling is horrible. Dr. James appears to be in semi-retirement and only sees patients once a week. Children are in braces much longer than needed because appointments are not available. The office is closed during school holidays and after-school appointments are sorely lacking. High turnover in office staff and abbreviated time with the doctor. Would not recommend for these reasons.
