Professional from the start! Dr hale is a wonderful man and a great surgeon
Referred by my Dentist. I explained I needed to be seen ASAP and they got me in and the procedure done. Great customer service from the front desk to the dental techs to the Oral Surgeon, Dr Hamilton. Great office, great Surgeon
Dr. Hamilton is terrific! His Assistant is also great. The entire staff is wonderful! Every employee is courteous, very helpful and caring. Best office staff I have ever encountered I was really nervous when I went in for my procedure however within minutes was so reassuring and Dr. Hamilton was able to get me to relax and before I knew it the procedure over! Great experience from start to finish. Loved how they allowed me to go back with my daughter before her surgery to ease her worries. They were caring and thoroughly talked through her wisdom tooth removal procedure with us before and aftercare. No issues with recovery and the option to have the extra numbing/pain medication made a night and day difference from my oldest child’s wisdom tooth removal who didn’t have that medicine option. Having my son get his wisdom teeth out is never fun, but they did an amazing job, very quickly and efficiently. Managed his pain very well and communicated everything that we needed to make him comfortable. One week out from the procedure and he's doing amazing.
