RecommendedMajor milestone reached today in my weight loss journey. For the first time since around the year 1990, my weight begins with a "1" instead of a "2". My weight loss goal is in sight, then will come the challenge of keeping it off. Thank you Matt Preston at Colorado Nutrition for finding a nutrition plan for me that burns the fat but maintains my muscle mass.
Matt, Christian and Dylan were great to work with. We used them for our in-house nutrition challenge at CrossFit Lefthand. The members loved the InBody230 because it was quick and much less invasive than a dunk tank for body composition testing, all for a fair price. They also were informative and knowledgeable about the analysis. Definitely would recommend these guys for any of your nutrition needs!
I cant say enough good things about this place. I feel like its not a store but rather people that are passionate about what they do and do an amazing job at serving the community and all types of athletes here in Boulder!
