Super Disappointed! This shop was recommended by many. Called and set up an appointment to make sure my bike was looked at after flying with it. The first thing steve said to me is that they are closed over the weekend and could not get my bike back until Tuesday??? What.. I leave Tuesday. Steve jumped the gun, did not ask me any questions, said I had no appointment in their system and seemed irritated to look at my bike or answer my questions. RecommendedTriathlon shops can be so intimidating for age-groupers or the weekend warriors among us. Not this store. We were greeted and guided by the gracious and helpful Michael Stone today. Only after leaving the store did I realize who Michael is (Google him, if you don’t know), which makes the friendly service I had all the more special.
RecommendedI cannot say enough positive things about Colorado Multisport! An obscure missing part on my new bike 2 weeks prior to IM Boulder caused my local bike shop in Des Moines to come up empty handed. Although I was resigned to the use of zip ties & duct tape for 112 miles I gave a last ditch call to Colorado Multisport as we were driving out to Boulder. Michael was a gracious and informative host and Ryan gave me an excellent road to tri fit. I learned more from Ryan about pedaling correctly during the fit than I ever knew in 10+ years riding. Highly recommended for a professional bike fit as well as for words of wisdom and great deals on gear. Thanks to both of you!
