Where do I begin? , they arrived on time with 3 strong and very experienced men. I could tell they knew what they were doing by how they wrapped my king bed completely in plastic . Disassembled my heavy canopy bed , and hauled it down from the 12th floor of my condo. Not only did the set it back up but also helped me arrange all my boxes and music equipment where I could get to everything. Loved it. We even hugged after the move (just felt right). Would use again and again.
If you could do negative stars I would do that. Buyer beware this is got to be the worst moving company. They will try and rip you off every chance they can. Marco will flat out lie to you. It took two trips to load a 1 bedroom apartment. Halfway through loading the 2nd load Marco says he needs more money to cover the cost of the movers and supplies etc. Yet on the Web page it says the supplies are free.
