I highly recommend Colorado Movement for anyone looking to prepare their kids for sports! Tony Harrison is truly exceptional at what he does. He worked with my 10-year-old and 7-year-old, focusing on strength and agility training to get them ready for soccer. His dedication and expertise really show in how he tailors the sessions. My kids not only improved their skills but also gained confidence. Tony genuinely cares, and it makes all the difference!
If you are looking for a conditioning gym for your student-athlete, I highly recommend CoMoCo! Tony and his staff work so well with athletes of all ages and are truly dedicated to helping them learn the proper way to workout and develop their skills. CoMoCo is a well kept, clean, positive environment for all!
