Do not bring your trailer here for service. We are literally still finding things broken that had nothing to do with original visit weeks later. Things that were not originally broken at drop off mysteriously no longer work upon pick up. Lack of professionalism-heard the tech yelling cuss words while working on our trailer while we were sitting in the car hooked up, then claims nothing was wrong…. Went there to get my trailer winterized, came back to summarize and hear nothing but curse words. When I ask whats going on he told me to go inside and ask. They didnt fully winterize it and the libe froze and leaked, they fix it and then tell me it was never broke. Then why fix it? Not only that when I get to storage to unhook, the entire pole of the jack stand falls out(not the stand the entire pole). Find anywhere else for repairs went in to einterixe left with a broken trailer.
Just took delivery of my Sunlite Trailer. I have bought others before but never had such a good experience. Jeremy was great, service was very professional, never got treated this well at the big stores. Thank you Colorado Mountain RV.
The only place to buy an RV, Jeremy Shores was both friendly & helpful- plus the inventory and prices are great! If you're looking for a replacement rig or just getting into camping, these folks will treat you right!
CMrv was worth the hour drive to purchase our 2010 Itasca cambria. The customer service from start to finish was and still is stellar. Even though our purchase was 16 years old, they have gone above and beyond to guide us through operating the systems, have fixed things outside of any warranty for free right before and after we purchased and the price was 20 k under all the comparable units we saw online.
