CMrv was worth the hour drive to purchase our 2010 Itasca cambria. The customer service from start to finish was and still is stellar. Even though our purchase was 16 years old, they have gone above and beyond to guide us through operating the systems, have fixed things outside of any warranty for free right before and after we purchased and the price was 20 k under all the comparable units we saw online. This was my first time there. I was greeted not with hi or welcome, just a non friendly " can I help you". I asked to see 2 RVs I was interested in looking at. He opened the door and I looked around but never asked anything what Im looking for. I asked a few questions with just a quick answer. I asked about a smaller one and he asked how many I need it to sleep which I said 2. He said that one wont work but he showed me anyway which it clearly can. The dinette is plenty big for 2. Jeremy, Christian and Ashly were an awesome team. I feel really lucky working with them to get our RV. They were responsive, honest, easy to work with and not pushy. During our test drive we noticed a weird sound - they brought it to their mechanic and made sure it was fixed for us. They also do a full inspection, got the emissions tested and gave a full walk-through. I would absolutely buy from them again.
