Megan(?) was outstanding to talk to. She helped troubleshoot a machine we already own. We will definitely be going through them for any oxygen needs in the future because of her kindness and information.
My wife was having relatively bad altitude sickness so I called Cody in downtown Frisco to see if he had any for sale. Dealing with Colorado Mountain Oxygen was such an easy process. Communication with the office was easy and Cody brought the oxygen to me at the time promised. He spent time going over the machine and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Slept like a baby that night!
I contacted Cody at Colorado Mountain Oxygen a little desperate. My spouse was just diagnosed with pneumonia and feeling terrible. Cody responded super quickly even though it was after 7p and delivered an oxygen machine within 45 minutes of my initial text. He was super nice, hooked us up, clearly explained everything and had my spouse feeling a ton better fast for a super reasonable price. I can't say enough about Cody and Colorado Mountain Oxygen...they're a lifesaver!
Awesome service- door to door delivery on a flexible schedule. Coming from sea level this was a life saver to prevent headaches and give us all a boost before and after enjoying the outdoors.
