El Sabor in Vail, Colorado, truly exceeded our expectations for our son's rehearsal dinner and welcome party on June 21, 2024. We had a group of 27 for the dinner and a larger gathering of 100 for the welcome party, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Each year we bring a large group up to Vail from our trade association for connection and time on the mountain. We had such a fantastic lunch at El Sabor in 2022 that we brought the group back for happy hour in 2023. Sara was a dream to work with, and the margaritas are AMAZING!
